  • 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. from June 3 to 27 (Monday through Thursday)

  • 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. from July 22 to Aug. 1 (Monday through Thursday)

Counselors will be available to discuss course scheduling, post-secondary information and four-year planning, as well as answer questions. Families are welcome to meet with counselors via zoom, conference call or in person.

Helpful tips for the summer:

  • Students who are enrolled in an Advanced Placement (AP)/college-level course should be sure to get the summer work. This information is available on the department webpages at dupage88.net/ATHS. We highly encourage students to start on this work early and not wait until the end of summer.

  • If you received an incomplete and need to make up a final exam, contact the main office at 630-628-3306 to schedule a time to complete the assessment.

  • For incoming seniors (members of the class of 2025):

    • Build your wish list of colleges, and go to their websites to see when the application process will open. Try to visit a college during your summer vacation.

    • Update your résumé.

    • Find sample essay questions to help you prepare for college applications.

  • Summer is a time to rest and relax. However, take some time to find a book of your choice and read to help stay in tune with your studies.
