District 88 recognizes staff members who received two Those Who Excel Awards from the Illinois State Board of Education

During its June 24 meeting, the District 88 Board of Education recognized seven staff members, who recently received two state-level awards through the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE)’s Those Who Excel & Teacher of the Year Awards program.

1. The Willowbrook High School Flag Football Support Team received an Award of Meritorious Service (the second-highest level) in the Team category.
   
   
2. District 88 Student Success Coordinator VaLarie Humphrey received an Award of Excellence (the highest level) in the Student Support Personnel category.
