District 88 recognizes community leaders, first responders and veterans during Crosstown Flag/Tackle Football Games

On Sept. 13, District 88 hosted its Crosstown Flag/Tackle Football Games between the Willowbrook Warriors and the Addison Trail Blazers. The event took place at Willowbrook.

Before the varsity tackle football teams took to the gridiron, the district introduced community leaders and dignitaries to the crowd to thank them for their support. Area first responders and veterans also were announced/celebrated to honor those who protect and serve in recognition of the anniversary of Sept. 11.
