Willowbrook science teacher selected for The University of Chicago’s Outstanding Educator Award

Willowbrook science teacher James Kedvesh (pictured at left) has been selected for The University of Chicago’s Outstanding Educator Award.

This distinguished award has existed for more than three decades. Students accepted into The University of Chicago class of 2027 were given the opportunity to nominate an educator who played a significant role in their education, made a positive impact in their life and whose influence has brought them to where they are today.

As an honoree, Kedvesh will receive a commemorative award, a certificate and a letter with details from the student who nominated him. Kedvesh was recommended by Neil Pakhutko (Willowbrook class of 2023, pictured at right).
