Salt Creek School District 48 shares information about its Safe Schools | Secure Futures referendum project

Salt Creek School District 48 is placing a $48 million bond measure on the Nov. 5, 2024, ballot.

If approved by taxpayers, the funds will be used to improve safety and security, ADA accessibility, traffic flow, physical education and academic programming.

District 48 invites stakeholders to attend the following Community Information Sessions to learn more.

  • 9 a.m. on Oct. 5 at Salt Creek Primary School, 980 S. Riverside Drive in Elmhurst

  • 6 p.m. on Oct. 23 at Stella May Swartz School, 17 W. 160 16th St. in Oakbrook Terrace
