Villa Park Chamber of Commerce hosts annual Scholarship Fundraiser: High school seniors from Villa Park invited to apply for chamber scholarship

On March 14, the Villa Park Chamber of Commerce hosted its annual Scholarship Fundraiser.

The event took place at Willowbrook and featured lunch provided by The Brook Catering Co. (comprised of Willowbrook culinary students) and music entertainment by orchestra students.

More than 30 people from the chamber, the Village of Villa Park, District 88/Willowbrook and local service organizations attended the luncheon. The audience was welcomed by Villa Park Chamber of Commerce President Alex Saucedo, District 88 Board of Education President Donna Craft Cain and Willowbrook Principal Dr. Daniel Krause.

District 88 Superintendent Dr. Jean Barbanente shared information and updates about the district and school, and the presentation can be viewed at https://tinyurl.com/VPChamberLunchPresentation2023. Participants also had the opportunity to ask questions and tour the building.

All proceeds from the event will go to the chamber’s Scholarship Fund. High school seniors who are residents of Villa Park are invited to apply for the Villa Park Chamber of Commerce Scholarship by April 7 at https://tinyurl.com/VPChamberScholarship2023.
