Students danced the night away at Addison Trail’s Homecoming Dance on Sept 21, where nearly 1,300 teens gathered for a fun evening at the school’s main gym. This year’s theme was “Cirque De So Blaze.”

For a ticket price of $25, students enjoyed music from 7 to 10 p.m., and attendees received a party favor of a metal straw with the school named engraved. BOOM Entertainment provided the beat, and participants also were able to enjoy pizza and soft drinks. A photographer with HR Imaging Partners took pictures of students with their date or groups of friends as well.

Many Addison Trail faculty members worked hard to make the night memorable, including physical education teacher Sheri D’Ambrose.

“I didn’t expect any of this,” said Amy Villegas, a freshman at Addison Trail. “I thought it would be so simple.”

Freshman Lizbeth Baeza agreed.

“My first Homecoming was great,” Baeza said. “I had a lot of fun.”
